Electric Couture offers only the best brand names and the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email to return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 10 days for a refund, less shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Please follow the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. All items may be subject to a 7% restocking fee. Used or personalized items, as well as special orders, cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. We apologize, but we cannot offer price adjustments on previous sales for coupon codes or limited time promotional offers. Electric Couture strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process guaranteed exchanges. In the event an exchange is performed, the new item will be considered final sale.
If you received a gift and want to return it, we can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or issue a store credit to you. Gift purchases follow the same guidelines for returns, and are subject to the same policies.
How to Make a Return: Call our toll free number: 866.948.9341 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You may also email us at website@electriccouture.com and/or website@electricladyland.com to expedite the request. If eligible, we will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 business days of receiving your RMA number .
Please note, we will not process returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number may be refused or exchanged for a store credit minus a restocking fee. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
