How do I return an item?
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange. Returns and RMA requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. You may return unused items or clothes in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund. Used or personalized items, as well as special orders, cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. All items are subject to a 7% restocking fee. As we are a boutique website, Electric Couture will not ship duplicates of an item (alternate sizes), unless agreed upon prior to purchase. How to Make a Return:
Call 480-368-3526 Ext. 111 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If eligible, we will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box.Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Please include a brief explanation for the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:
Please note, we will not process returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number may be refused or returned for a store credit minus a restocking fee. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please make sure when returning your package to use trackable method as we can not and will not credit packages that we have not received.
